Having brought a little creativity to the format of Conferences, as well as having a lot of fun, the Research Liberation Front is looking to challenge another important area for the industry.

This is how to develop young people in terms of their skills and experience. The new world of research is demanding some very different skillsets. We need researchers to use their ingenuity and creativity to push boundaries.

The RLF sponsored The Round the World Recruitment Challenge where people under 30 were given 24 hours to recruit some unusual respondents including a celeb that hadn’t been into rehab, someone who had seen an alien and Barrack Obama at the New MR Virtual Festival in 2010.
